Employee access control: Cashier/Manager mode (Avoid fraud)

The best practice for your business is to never sell in "Admin mode". Create cashier/manager accounts for your employees to avoid fraud.

To add/change admin pin, refer the below link

Click on setup and select cashiers to add cashier/manager

Add cashier/manager name, pin and select the register (shop) they are working in. Select the "Allow manager permissions" if the employee needs manager permissions.

Once all setup is done in the POS. Lock the screen, employees can now login with their respective cashier/manager pin.

Cashiers have access only to sell, view bookings/credit sales that needs to be fulfilled.

Managers have access to see dashboard, receipts, customers, inventory management and SMS app. They don't have access to any setup.
